Kirsty first began blogging with her personal blog 'The Downgrade Project' on Wordpress for two years before moving her PCOS content over to Cysters in 2017, after being approached by founder, Neelam Heera. She has since been an active part of the charities 

She widely promotes awareness of reproductive and mental health, an issue which is close to her heart, and has worked with the charity founder as part of the Youth Board on making the brand inclusive of transgender and non-binary people suffering with gynaecological illnesses.

I have been writing here on Cysters for over three years now... and how time flies when you're making new friends.

She has since launched her own blog Ova-control to document her journey to regain her fertility to have children with PCOS. 

She is currently producing long-form articles on Medium during her PGCert Data Journalism course won awards at the Midlands Student Media Awards 2023.
